JOC Consulting is excited to be working with Archrival and Transport for NSW to deliver a ‘Kit of Parts’ for activating underutilised space during the construction of the CBD and South East Light Rail projects.

The ‘Kit of Parts’, known as ZigZag, will comprise of moveable outdoor furniture that can delivered within relatively short timeframes for the highest possible impact. It will include a strategy, design concept and list of options for Transport for NSW to refer to when activating space during the construction period. This will become their ‘go to’ document should, and when, space becomes available for activation.

UPDATE: This project was shortlisted for small scale category of the Australian Urban Design Awards 2016.
